Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and Refunds
At Sparkles Forever no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it's exactly what you were expecting. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the ship-to date for the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.  A fee of $5.95 will be deducted from orders over $75, if returned. 

Items that have been worn, damaged, and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Please include all proper documentation and return the item in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price. As noted, shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non refundable.  ($5.95 will be deducted on orders returned over $75)

Special order items can not be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your products carefully upon receipt and contact a representative immediately at (888) 812-2206 should you have any questions or need to return or exchange the item. In order to be accepted, packages must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Make sure to send by track able/insured mail.

Repack the item in the original packing materials and send it in a PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund.

Complete the Return slip that is provided in your package.  It must be filled out in full, including your reason for the return or exchange and all other information necessary to process your refund promptly.

Save a copy of the pack slip for your records.

To send your package, use the address on the return slip and ship via postal mail. If you are shipping by your own UPS or FedEx account please use the physical address shown below.

Ship the package insured and prepaid via U.S. Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If your package is not insured and you do not have proof of shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.

If the item is a gift it is important that the order number be written on the SparklesForever.com return slip. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive an SparklesForever.com gift certificate instead of a refund.

Exchanges received after 30 days will NOT be exchanged or refunded.  Please do not ask.  Please contact customer service at (888) 812-2206 for more information.

Please be careful: You should NOT write "jewelry", or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft

Refund Processing
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 15 to 30 business days to process upon receipt of the item. Again, please attempt to return every item with all of its original materials. If you have any questions, contact one of our customer service representatives.

Damaged or Defective Items
At Sparkles Forever we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item please call us at (888) 812-2206 and a customer service representative will be happy to help you!

International Shipping
Please allow up to 10 days for all international deliveries. International shipping options all include 24-hour online tracking. Shipping costs do not include customs brokerage fees and related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International PayPal Policy
Due to various issues with international credit card authorizations, we now require the use of PayPal for all international transactions.  PayPal is a free and secure intermediary payment service that allows you to pay easily and quickly via credit card and electronic check, among other options. When paying with an international credit card, excepting Canada and the UK, please select the "PayPal (International)" option at checkout. Selection of any other option, including those for credit cards, will delay the processing of your order. Shipping Rules and Regulations

  • While most orders begin the shipping process immediately, please expect a 24 to 48 hour period for order processing. Shipping occurs once the item is prepared. If an item is not in stock, you'll be notified by email.
  • If anything is on back-order, and we have other ordered items in stock, we can send out what we have immediately. We'll contact you when the back-ordered items arrive and ship them to you at no extra charge.
  • The free shipping offer is applicable to domestic orders over $75.00 after coupons and discounts have been applied.
  • You will be charged immediately after you submit you payment information and approved.
  • All FedEx deliveries must be made to a verifiable and physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex, or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.
  • All international orders must be paid via PayPal.  This is to alleviate many of the issues and delays that we've experienced while trying to verify international credit cards.
  • The listed shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The package recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.

Tracking An Order

Packages may be tracked online with either the USPS or FedEx, depending on which shipping method you've selected. If you cannot locate your tracking information, please call us toll free at (888) 812-2206. A customer service representative will be happy to help you.

 

Wholesale Information

We offer wholesale services to customers with either a current reseller permit and/or a Tax ID. Our wholesale prices are 50% off full retail, plus shipping and handling. The minimum order value is $200. All orders must be faxed or emailed to us and paid through PayPal (www.paypal.com). Some limitations apply. Can you suggest a good way to clean jewelry?

Whichever method you select, a gentle hand is always best. Here's a tip from The SPARKLESFOREVER School on Caring for Jewelry. To clean jewelry with gold, platinum and most gemstones, make a diluted solution of mild dishwashing liquid. Use 1 tablespoon to 2 cups of lukewarm water in a bowl. Loosen dirt by soaking jewelry in a strainer for 10 to 20 minutes. Lightly and carefully use a soft brush to work out dirt. Gently use a toothpick to reach into crevices. Rinse with clean lukewarm water. If you rinse in a sink, close the drain first.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Once we receive your return, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase. The first credit will be made within 20-30 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Delivery charges are not refunded.
